Guarantee

Because we are an official retailer for all of our brands, all of our watches are covered by the official manufacturer's guarantee.  This means you can be confident that, in the event of any malfunction, your watch will be fixed and restored to its original function quickly and efficiently by the original manufacturers.

In the event of a problem with your watch, the quickest course of action is to return the item directly to the manufacturer's service department along with your guarantee card.  They will usually rectify the problem within a week, and if the watch is covered by the guarantee then it will be free of charge.

Please note: watch guarantees do not cover accidental damage.

Generally all brands offer their watches with a 2 year International guarantee. For all other watch brands, the length of the guarantee is specified on the product details page.
