• All orders are shipped within 24 hrs.
• Once the orders are shipped, it takes 1-5 working days to be delivered to any place in India (depending upon your geographical location)

Next Day Delivery

• Order before 2PM and get it delivered the very next day to your location.
• Applicable only on prepaid orders.
• Next Day Delivery service will be available to only major metros and mini metros through Bluedart priority shipping.

Returns

• If you receive a damaged Cinema Letter Box then write to us at support@thewatchshop.in within 2 days of receiving your order.
• For your convenience we will send our courier person to your address and have the Letter Box picked up without any additional charges to you. Just ensure you follow the instructions and pack the it safely with its original packing and without using the letter pack.
• Once we receive the Letter Box back we will send you a new one as per your requirement.
