• All orders are shipped within 24 hrs.
• Once the orders are shipped, it takes 1-5 working days to be delivered to any place in India (depending upon your geographical location)

Next Day Delivery

• Order before 2PM and get it delivered the very next day to your location.
• Applicable only on prepaid orders.
• Next Day Delivery service will be available to only major metros and mini metros through Bluedart priority shipping.

Returns

• If for any reason you wish to return the watch back to us for a full refund or exchange then write to us at support@thewatchshop.in within 2 days of receiving your order.
• We offer a 2 days No Questions Asked Return policy. The watch must be returned back to us with all its original tags and packing and should be completely unused.
• For your convenience we will send our courier person to your address and have the watch picked up without any additional charges to you. Just ensure you follow the instructions and pack the watch safely with its original packing.
• Once we receive the watch back we will quality check it and post that issue you a complete refund or exchange the watch as per your requirement.
